Develop a 3 step sponsoring system as soon as possible. It's THAT important.
For some of us, network marketing is second nature and for others it is a big time struggle. If you prepare a GOOD 3 step sponsoring system for your team, duplication and retention will never be a problem.
Remember a 3 step sponsoring system should do the following:
3 Step Sponsoring System:
1. Offer
free material to a network marketing professional in exchange for their
name, email and phone number. You want to
target networkers for your own expansion plans.

2. Establish
yourself as a "expert" in your area of business using a drip system.
During the drip process, prospects will get to know
you and begin to believe in your
leadership abilities. If you do not have your autoresponder set up for your
drip system, please contact your sponsor. If they don't have a one set up

3. Offer
your prospects valuable information that will assist them in their downline
building efforts and then begin to drip your primary
program on them. It takes a networker about
3 months to get discouraged with their present company and
begin
looking for something better. Soon they will begin chasing you because
they want to associate with mlm heavy hitters.

Most 3 step sponsoring systems that I have seen are "old school" and really don't work that well. Honestly, the downline building systems that are currently on the internet, do a great job of sponsoring new people, but they are horrible at retention and relationship building. As you know, relationship building is critical to our success online. That is where your autoresponder comes into play. It will build that relationship for you.

Building a business using the old 3 step sponsoring system or plans has proven to be 5% effective. What that means is 95% of networkers fail. You've read all that garb on the net haven't you? I truly believe 99% of networkers fail because they are using an old out dated 3 step sponsoring system.
I can honestly show you a way to generate an endless supply of network marketing leads and I can show you how to make money doing it.
Last month (without spending any money on advertising) I made $100 even and generated 83 network marketing leads. The month before that, I earned exactly $500 and generated 132 network marketing leads. Remember, we are not talking about opportunity seeker leads, we are talking about REAL networkers.
Take a "in depth look" at the "old" 3 step sponsoring sytem. See how different it is to what I described above.
(3 Step Sponsoring System) Part 1:
Interview prospect, and once they are qualified you take them to step one which would be a sizzle call that will give the prospect a brief introduction to your company, products, compensation and team. The sizzle call is brief, to the point and normally lasts 2-5 minutes.
This is normally accomplished by 3 waying your prospects into the call. If you do not reach the prospect in person many distributors will leave the phone number on a voice mail message machine along with a call back number. The reason so many distributors will leave a message is because they have an abundance of leads to prospect. (we will teach you exactly how to get an over abundance of leads)
(3 Step Sponsoring System) Part 2:
Immediately after you hang up from the sizzle call, you should ask another qualifying question to determine if you might want to take this prospect further into your system. Here is an example of a qualifying question:
"____", what one thing from the call did you pick up that could get you wanting to receive more information on?" Wait for answer and then follow up with: "____", can you see doing what I just did with you and getting paid for doing it"? (many folks will continue to ask qualifying questions but this will give you a great start)
If all signs are positive simply offer them a company website to review, or you can take them to a more elaborate conference call (20-30 minutes) or you can tak ethem on the internet to a live webcast. Any of these 3 are considered step 2 approaches.
Simply stress to your prospect to write down all their questions and set up another time to speak with them and tell them point blank. Is tomorrow (or 2 days from now--say the day) a good time to introduce you to our mentor who will answer all your questions and help you get signed up?
The above is probably the most important question to ask (use that script to the letter) because you are already setting them up for the close. The second most important reason to use the above script is that you are now showing the prospect that you have a mentor that helps you with all aspects of the recruiting process.
Teamwork is often spoken but rarely used. This proves to your prospect that they do not have to know everything to get started. Make sense?
(3 Step Sponsoring System) Part 3:
Call your prospect at the agreed upon time and day. Open the conversation with an introduction and let your mentor take over. It is important that the mentor ask the prospect if they have any questions and always ask something like: "did you like how our xyz product or service can work for thousands of other people"? Get the conversation going and make the prospect talk as much as possible.
When appropriate simply ask the prospect if they are ready to start working with the team. Another great close is: "do you have any other questions we can answer for you, before we get you signed up"? And I will leave you with one last close: "which option would you like to get started on"?
There you have it, the simple 3 step sponsoring system that has failed 95% of every network marketer in this industry. However, it is working for about 5% of the people who are still using it.
