in his company with 3 positions and if they want to have a secure
future,
he has them jump to his company and he will move a downline underneath them.
In return he will also join their company and get the same favor.
How people get away with it, is simple and oftentimes overlooked by mlm companies. Their ability to turn their heads still has me scratching my head.
Other network marketers are not as fortunate to have a long list of mlm'ers. Instead, they begin the process of building a large mlm downline by investing in genealogy mlm reports. What exactly are these reports?

Genealogy MLM Reports
As you are well aware, not all new mlm
companies make it past one year- let alone 3 years. When a company
goes under they try to make a few extra dollars by selling their entire list
of distributors to other mlm'ers.
Getting your hands on one of these
genealogy mlm reports is like gold. You and your donwline have the
opportunity to capture this crowd and get them into your downline. If you
can get a "bigfish" in your downline it
could be worth $50K per year to
you.
Just make sure you are the first person to get this genealogy mlm report or you will be in for a big surprise. Within a month of receiving your reports you can expect each person on the list to be contacted 20 times or more. Soon these prospects are going to get ticked off. They will close up like a clam and become very crabby.
Because it is next to
impossible to get your hands on these genealogy mlm
reports first, we wait
and purchase them cheap. Once we have the genealogy mlm reports we wait even
longer to begin calling them.
Within 6 months we then begin calling our leads and guess what? We find "good people" who are now ready to begin their search for another mlm company. When we speak to these distributors from an older genealogy mlm report, we have found them to be open, responsive and willing to listen. Results from these leads vary depending on the opportunity you present. If your company has a viable product that is less than $50 you will sponsor a great many (20-30 out of every 1000). If you product is good, more expensive, but a great compensation plan those numbers will drop ever so slightly (15-25 out of every 1000).
If your compensation plan is not an upfront plan or if your
products are "me-too" products then your sponsoring rate will drop below 10
per month.
You should also realize that you will need to go through a learning curve. Your first 1000 leads should be nothing but a learning curve. Don't expect to sponsor a single person and when you do sponsor one, BE HAPPY. But watch out for your next 1000, the numbers we described above will be true.
Other Genealogy MLM Report Numbers
Expect out of every 1000 leads that 400 will not be any good. That leaves you with 600 phone numbers that work. However, you will never be able to reach all of them (and don't worry about that) so expect to leave a lot of voice mail messages. Plan on speaking to less than 200 people live and out of that is where you will find your gems. But don't overlook the fact that 1% of answering machine messages will result in sponsoring a new member.
