1. Don't try to hit the home run. Instead get the prospect to say: "sure I will take a look at what you have to offer". Once they say that, then begin to ask the qualifying questions. We have included some proven mlm phone scripts for you to review.
2. Remember, sponsoring is a process not some shot gun approach. How many automated systems do you see where a person can go out and sponsor 20 people in a month only to find 10 of them drop out the first month, 7 more drop out the second month and the last 3 drop out in the third month?
Develop a relationship, send them a tape, send them a postcard, share all the information you can with this prospect including your excellent upline leaders. MLM Sales leads will give you all their contact information. No don't send stuff like this to every single prospect, only the ones that match your criteria of what you want in a team member.
3. Develop a 5 Point Prospecting Plan. It is not difficult and
your team
leaders could possibly have this entirely set up for you, right
now.

begin
training your prospects from the moment you speak to them. A system
can look something like what we teach and use.

contact usually by phone or email.
#2: Second contact usualy by phone or
email.
#3: Prospect gathers information from your Sizzle

Introduce your prospect to an upline team leader
(We used to teach-
prospect gathering information from a Fax on Demand but we do not teach that
anymore because we want our potential business partners to be tied into the
internet. If you have no concerns about this, then include the
FOD.)
Number 5 is key. You've invested good money in your mlm sales leads, you have wined and dined them and now it is time to bring them home to meet your mom.
Your upline team leader is available to answer any and all prospect questions and they are also there to do something for you, that you would never let your parents do.
Ask for the Sale or Ask the Closing Question
Could you imagine your parents asking your date, to marry you? It's just not going to happen, unless we are living in a different culture and thank goodness we are not. However, in business we fully expect our upline leaders to help us close the prospects. This is the best form of training we have and upline leaders will help you close more mlm sales leads than anyone else.
