Please do not confuse this with those rah rah rallies. We are talking about real live conversations between the newest member and the top leader. Because we build a business all over the nation, the easiest way to accomplish this is by tele-conference calls. New member orientation, the opportunity for the newest member to ask specific questions of their leaders is critical.
Weekly team calls, corporate calls and email newsletters are also a great communication bridge but nothing comes close to new member orientation. Many top leaders get to fat and begin to think their leaders can do all this extra stuff and they are fooled.
Just remember, when the top leader speaks to the newest member it give the new member the thought that: "hey this person is just a regular person"

you do actually support one another.

This simply means that if you can contact and talk to two people everyday about your business you will sponsor 5-8 new members per month. If you have 3 people duplicating this your group will grow by at least 15 new members per month. If 15 members are duplicating then you will see 45 new members per month on your team. That is the excitement you will experience if you have a proven plan to follow. And your downline will be happy, productive and duplicating.
5. Leaders who are all leading by example-they are not in the manager phase
Leadership is paramount to any business. A ship cannot steer without a rudder and neither can your business. Oftentimes, there is no leadership in a group and everyone is basically shot gunning their approaches without ever taking the time to document what they do.
By documenting every single phase of their business building steps, you can quickly determine what works and what does not work. A leader will basically lead by example. If the leader is actively recruiting new members who want to start a mlm home business, then the group will follow suit. If that leader builds their business passively, then the entire group will want to do the same thing.
If your group is not growing just ask yourself this question: Would I want to recruit members who will do exactly what I have been doing the last 2 months? 4 months?
If you answer yes, you are a leader. Ask your sponsor what they have been doing to lead by example. One of the first words out of their mouth better be: "I talk to prospects and new members on a daily basis". If they don't look somewhere else. The only exception is if this person has been on a extended vacation or if they have been ill or attending to someone that is ill.
6. New Leaders Emerging Every Month
This kind of goes hand in hand with the information written above. If you have a solid foundation, it is almost impossible not to break off new leaders every month. These leaders will simply teach what they have learned and have the ability to continue to lead by example.
As your new leaders emerge and begin training others, the pride that will swell inside you will be enormous. The confidence you have will never be shattered and your income will begin to exceed the time/effort/money you are putting forth. In fact you will be saying to yourself: "I can't believe they pay me this much money".
7. Entire team is focused and not into 5 other programs.
Let me be up front and honest here. We do not teach, nor do the successful team leaders teach one income stream. We honestly teach others how to build two income streams with the same amount of effort.
You see, mlm leads are the lifeblood of any business. If your downline is duplicating they need mlm leads, their downline will need mlm leads and so forth. Why purchase these leads from someone else when you can purchase them from your own business? Why not purchase the freshest leads you can to build your primary business. We all do that.
When your team is happy, productive and duplicating they will never have a desire to jump into another business. The reason downline members begin to jump from one program to the other is because your group is not moving forward. Everyone wants to be on a winning team, nobody likes to lose. Therefore, people will jump to another team if they think they can make more money with them.
When you start a mlm home business, make sure and find out what the attrition rate is. That simply means how many people are leaving versus how many people are staying around. Every business no matter how successful will see attrition. However, the most successful teams will have a much lower rate of attrition due to the facts we have mentioned above.
Proper education, along with solid training and a belief in the company and products, but a belief in your team leadership is critical to keeping your members focused. If you don't know how to do that, don't worry, successful teams will already have that provided for you. When this occurs don't be alarmed when people leave. If you have all the tools, training and support that is needed to be successful then you have provided everything you can to help someone who has desire, succeed.

Doesn't it make sense that a happy, productive, duplicating downline will not only know how to work their mlm leads they will also get them for FREE? Every single veteran of this industry knows that they need leads to build their business. When they you start a mlm home business they have already been a member of a lead company or they find one as fast as they can. All of us want good leads. All of us want the good leads for downline members and all of us will do whatever it takes to get those good leads into a new members hands.
Some veterans will give their leads away freely if they could only find a member who will work those leads. Personally every single lead that is generated by this site is given to a member of our downline. We use a different set of leads to help us build. These leads are not better than the leads this site generates, but they are good enough to keep us in the business. Yes, we can sponsor our fair share, but we have many downline members doubling our efforts.
