It has been proven that
80% of your time should be spent with 20% of your team leaders. Leadership
is nothing more than taking responsibility of your actions and then leading
by action. As you will see the members below are taking action and
that is why we spend roughly 80% of our time working with them. The
other 20% is sponsoring new members into our group.
As you will
see these members receive the majority of our attention. They are involved
in the training and when they feel like they need a "coaching session"
they email us immediately to set up an appointment. If they have an upline
leader we schedule the coaching session with all parties. This is
our way of training our leaders how to lead their groups.

Hi Team Leaders, Many times people come into this business and think after a month or so they don't have what it takes to do it. I wondered that myself in the beginning. But what I didn't realize is that with proper training and development of those skills, which therefore produces confidence, I can be a Jeff Zalewski. It's not about having been "born" this way. Hi Bob, Just wanted to let you know that out of the 5,000 leads I purchased last week, we have already sponsored 6 new members into our primary business. I can't believe how fast and furious it was. After 2 hours of uploading the leads I already had prospects flying through our filtering system (thanks for helping me set it up) and it hasn't stopped. Hi Bob Just thought I should drop you a short email to say thank you for the conference call last night. I am kicking myself all day for not having a tape recorder going as the information was fast and furious. During the day yesterday I called my upline, Linda A to discuss the fact that I felt that there must be more or something different we should be doing with our leads. I did not know what but we both had lots of leads and/but no results. Cry---- The idea of starting slow and really getting the training first is the answer. Your approach to your calls was wonderful. Bob, I've gotta hand it to you, those leads have my team going nuts. We have really enjoyed the scripts you have provided and FINALLY we are seeing some growth, excitement and income. It doesn't matter what leads we purchase they are all good. Just like you said, "it's how you approach them that makes all the difference, forget selling, just use the process of building relationships". I just wanted to drop you a note to say, out of the people I talk with, I now have a little better than 50% wanting more information that I can set up follow up appointments with. I know that is not the same as signing up, but I used to only get about half that interested -- and I haven't even had a chance to listen to the tape that came in the mail -- and these are very old leads! We haven't even had a chance to scratch the surface of everything that is available to us with your training and I already know, if we do the work, we will soon have what we have been wanting for years now.
